Benefits of Membership
HRPNL is a growing association that welcomes new members. It is dedicated to advocating for, and promoting the personal and professional development of, its members. It is also committed to providing a forum for exchanging Human Resources experiences and ideas. There are many benefits to joining HRPNL:
- Networking: HRPNL offers opportunities for HR professionals and practitioners to network and exchange ideas and best practices.
- Professional Development: Luncheons and dinners are held regularly and are a great networking forum that features guest speakers who cover a wide range of human resource management issues and topics.
- CHRP designation: In order to obtain your Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation in Newfoundland and Labrador, you must be a member of HRPNL.
- Volunteer opportunities: HRPNL offers opportunities to suit a wide range of interests. Getting involved is a great way to meet others in the field and an excellent forum for exchanging ideas and sharing expertise.
- Job Opportunities: Employers reach out to HRPNL's members when they are looking to recruit talented HR professionals.
There are two types of memberships:
Individual Membership: Offered to an applicant who is currently employed, actively seeking employment, or has an interest in the Human Resources profession. Individual memberships cost $120.
